Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup part skim ricotta
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 nutmeg pinch
  • 2 apricots

Directions

Whisk 3/4 cup part skim ricotta with 1/2 teaspoon honey and 1 pinch nutmeg. Top with two chopped apricots (either fresh or dried).
